Business Philosophy
I operate my business as an advisor and counselor. I will provide you with all the information, inform you of all the options available, and be your advocate in your transaction to purchase or sell. My goal when working with my clients is to reduce the stress and make the process as easy and understandable as possible. I am accessible, detail oriented, and go to great lengths to see that each client feels that they have received excellent service.

As an Associate Broker, I have had extensive experience listing and selling homes and condos in the Greater Seattle area. I specialize in residential properties including single family homes, condominiums, multiplexes, fixers, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. I enjoy many referrals from happy past customers.
Background
I have enjoyed over 9 years as a licensed real estate professional. I am an income property owner who has bought and managed rental properties. My previous career was a successful solo musical performer in the Northwest, Berlin, Japan, and on cruise ships in Mexico and the Caribbean.
Personal
I enjoy making music on piano and guitar, playing tennis and golf, and skiing. I grew up on Mutiny Bay on Whidbey Island, graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications and Advertising. I have served 6 years as a Board Member of the Ballard Chamber of Commerce, am a member of the Rental Housing Association, the United States Tennis Association, United States Golf Association, and Sponsor of Ballard Jazz Festival.
