MEET ROBERT BRITTINGHAM
Waking up excited for work is exactly how I start each day (OK, most days). Because being a real estate agent is not just a job to me, it is my passion and being able to help my clients negotiate the difficult process of buying or selling real estate gives me a great deal of personal satisfaction! I do not look at my clients as customers, or my transactions as paychecks. I truly care about my clients and their needs. This is why I will spend just as much time listening as I do talking. An agents job is to educate and counsel a client so that they can make informed decisions in their own best interest. I will be there every step of the way to listen, inform, advise and support.

COMMUNICATION AND COMMITMENT
I pride myself on always being accessibile to my clients. Striving to never spread myself too thin, I have a personal policy of only taking on a certain number of clients at a time. This way, I can give you everything you need, whether you have a question at 8:00 p.m. about an inspection or a new listing to visit on your lunch hour. I understand that the perfect house does not always come on the market during 9-5 hours and want to be available to you when you need me.
