Raised in the Seattle area, Finnian spent his formative years sleeping on a cot at his mother's real estate office. While other kids played tag and hide-and-go-seek, Finnian spent the better part of his childhood learning about appraisals and market comparisons. This was especially helpful during his teenage years when he grew so quickly (10 inches in 12 months) that just about the only thing that he had enough energy to do was organize listing folders for his mother. Well, that and fall down stairs when his feet grew one shoe size in a week. Having overcome this adversity, Finnian then graduated from Garfield High School and left to attend college at Yale University in New Haven, CT. After four years on the east coast, six cases of frostbite, two cases of heat exhaustion and a BA in political science Finnian returned to Seattle and the welcome, mild climate of the Northwest.

Having grown up around the real estate industry Finnian has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the field. Besides that he has also surrounded himself with a great group of experienced agents within his office and professionals throughout the industry that will make the process of buying and selling your home an easy and enjoyable one.
